Terms of Service

By accessing or using Orisup (orisup.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, merchants, and others who access or use the platform.

Orisup is a multi-vendor pre-order marketplace that connects customers in Bangladesh with merchants who source products from China. We facilitate the transaction between buyers and sellers but do not manufacture, warehouse, or directly ship products.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide a valid Bangladesh phone number and email address
• You must verify your identity through email or phone verification
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

How It Works

Orisup operates on a pre-order model. When you place an order, you pay a deposit (minimum 25–30% of the total price). The merchant then sources the product from China. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.

Deposits

• Deposits are non-refundable once the merchant has begun sourcing your order, unless the order is cancelled by the merchant or Orisup
• The minimum deposit percentage is set per product and is displayed clearly before checkout
• Deposits can be paid via bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, or Stripe

Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery times are 4–14 business days from order confirmation, depending on the product and merchant
• Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to customs, shipping logistics, holidays, or supplier availability

• All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
• International payments via Stripe are converted from USD to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate
• Prices may change without notice; however, confirmed orders are locked at the checkout price
• Shipping fees may apply for orders below the free delivery threshold
• You are responsible for paying the balance due upon delivery

Customer Cancellations

• Before sourcing: Full deposit refund if cancelled within 24 hours of order placement and the merchant has not begun sourcing
• After sourcing begins: Deposits are non-refundable once the merchant confirms sourcing has begun
• In transit: Orders in transit cannot be cancelled

Merchant/Platform Cancellations

• If a merchant cannot fulfill an order, the full deposit will be refunded
• If a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

Damaged or Defective Products

• Report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
• Orisup will mediate between you and the merchant to resolve the issue
• Resolution may include replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case

Merchants using the Orisup platform agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing
• Fulfill orders within the estimated delivery timeframe
• Maintain honest communication with customers through the platform
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding product safety and consumer protection
• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices
• Accept Orisup's commission structure and withdrawal policies

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Create fake accounts or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools without permission
• Post fraudulent reviews or manipulate ratings
• Resell products purchased through Orisup in violation of applicable laws
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, merchants, or staff

All content on Orisup — including logos, text, graphics, images, and software — is the property of Orisup or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Product images and descriptions are provided by merchants. Orisup does not claim ownership of merchant-provided content but reserves the right to moderate it.

• Orisup acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not the seller of products listed by merchants
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of merchant listings
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

If you have a dispute with a merchant, contact us at support@orisup.com. We will attempt to mediate and resolve the issue. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, it shall be subject to the laws of Bangladesh and the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we will notify registered users via email.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
